I worked for Harry for roughly 4 years in various roles at the same company. Harry brought a level of energy and enthusiasm every day to the office that was unmatched, and that energy inspired everyone that he was around. What I found most amazing was that he genuinely cared more about helping others get better every time he had the opportunity to talk or work with them and be the best at whatever they were doing, than he did about himself. In my mind, that is the sign of a true leader and one that you would run through a wall for.

I wanted to share a quick reminisce about Harry Spaight; Harry was my first manager in a “new to me” industry that has become a 13-year career path. I came in with a ton of energy, enthusiasm, drive, and the ability to strike up a conversation with pretty much anyone. And apart from that, absolutely had no idea what I was doing… Here’s where Harry comes in; Harry provided the guidance, tools, and mentorship that enabled me to adapt my skill set to meet the challenges that are inherent in Sales and to leverage my KSAs to bring value to our clients (internal as well as external).
